So I've had 2 hiring managers and several recruiters from Amazon reach out to me about applying for some open positions with the company (android). I completed the coding assessment and now they want me to go through a round of 5 hour interviews next week. Is there a good chance I'll be hired if engineering managers are reaching out to me? I'm really not sure how badly I want to work for them and I don't want to be laid off months after being hired on. Anyone know what Amazon hiring is like?
I had my first technical round of interview as Sr. Android developer with Tech Mahindra and It went well. How long does it take to know about the result. Also how many rounds are there? The interviewer refused to say his name nor he appeared on video in the interview. Is that the company policy? Tech Mahindra

If it’s truly high volume, check our an ATS called Fountain. They can automate your end to end process and it will significantly reduce your time to slate and time to fill.
I would recommend implementing a tool that can assist you with the interviews. If you can lower the time the recruiter spends on each interview you can improve their efficiency and productivity.
Consider hiredscore if you will always have high volume. It can help identify the 20-30% who are truly meet your quals.
If scheduling interviews is an issue and you don’t have access to an AI powered scheduling platform, you should consider Round Robin interviews. You can build a RR tracker in excel and they’re pretty customizable. I’ve used RRs in previous buildouts and we were able to hire over 500 people in six months.
