Company website usually has a benefits section if it’s a larger company, Glassdoor. Otherwise, I think super pointed questions could raise red flags … obviously it’s illegal to discriminate over that sort of thing but also incredibly difficult to prove.
Search glassdoor reviews, ask on Fishbowl, Google it, if you need DM people on LinkedIn that work there and are female.
Wait til you get an offer then ask and negotiate an earlier mat leave window if you think you’ll get pregnant before you’re eligible for leave.
Not sure which country you are in, but if memory serves in the UK, you need to have been employed by the company from at least 20 weeks before the pregnancy to obtain the full maternity benefits. All of this would be in the employers handbook, but most likely you would have taken request a copy of that prior to accepting a role.
Check company benefits for Carrot Fertility. Usually a good indication of other leave/family planning benefits.
Could you ask for a summary of the company's benefits? Most organizations have a packet to provide to interviewees. It should provide a rundown of the organization's benefits, costs, leave, PTO, etc. You would want these details regardless of your future planning so that you can conduct a proper comparison between employers.
