How do you evaluate equity? Offered head of legal role. Matched my salary but bonus is entirely shares. Shares at current price less strike price are around 300k but of course in a start up there are no guarantees although I guess big law is salary for life. I had cleared all the technical+ managerial round in @amdocs . Even salary discussion had also happened. And they were about to share the offer letter. But now they are saying that hiring is on hold now for the project.
