Looking to change my stack to SF Dev. I have about 8 yrs prior IT exp. Currently on a career break. I went all in and learnt the stack from scratch.
I have 4 certs including PD1, PAB and Admin. I am proficient in Apex, Async, LWC, Rest Integrations and ci/cd(Github actions).
Well versed in changesets/org deploy/package deploy
I don’t have actual project experience in SF dev.
Recently have cleared 3-4 screening rounds.
Only being offered 8-10 LPA in 2 orgs. Should I keep looking or join? Help pls

Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench.
