Slaloms really solid, I think they rank top 3 in a few of the SF partnerships. Pay is solid, negotiate high though for a base since raises are meh. The wlb is also great

Any of you go on ADHD medication after becoming a corporate associate? Did it improve your performance? I have had ADHD my whole life ans have been able to manage it well enough for most of my life, but the barrage of info and tasks as a transactional attorney makes it hard for me to concentrate for long enough to get anything done well and makes me think i need help if i am going to survive in this job.

How are the pipelines to making partners looking at other firms? Do you see 7 to 8 years at SM level like EY? Is 3 to 4 years an old news? This is for fed compliance btw. Are other service lines any better?

There is a company that I want to apply to and I see opportunities on LinkedIn that interest me. I’m also working with a recruiter. It’s close to where I live and she knows where I live but she hasn’t recommended it. I’m guessing she doesn’t have a network with the company. Should I ask her to represent me or should I apply directly myself? What advice do you have? What are the pros and cons?

When it comes to your job search:

1) How often/much do you get feedback from recruiters or whoever you just spoke with? Feels like we're always in the dark. One way feedback street.

2) Who do you like to work with? Headhunters vs internalrecruiters? Is the experience different?

3) Have you had to align your interviews so that the offers would come in close/same day? What's your strategy?

4) What's your process in weighing [multiple] offers? If that ever happens? Where do you keep your notes?

What is the CFM meeting invite sent by the leadership and SMs?

I was emotionally unfaithful to my SO. SO found out and sometimes brings it up when we get into arguments. When they do, I get really anxious and I want to self harm. I don’t know how to deal with it. It’s so paralyzing.

Hi, I recently applied to a salesforce company and was selected for an interview. I had interviews with a recruiter, department manager and hiring manager and did well in them all. My final interview was with the CEO which lasted for about 10 minutes. He said he has read the notes from the previous interviews and the recruiter will get in touch with you. What are the chances I do not get this job given that I did well in all 3 interviews leading to the final interview with the CEO?

Considering jumping to a boutique SF consulting firm from Big 4. Comparable pay + equity, but of course it doesn’t have the cachet of a big 4. Think it’s worth the risk given the potential upside?

What is the best way to start down the consulting path & do you recommend it ? Background - Working for an end customer, previously as a Systems Analyst troubleshooting across multiple systems and then into the Salesforce Admin role early last year. I have my Advanced Admin cert, lots of hands on with troubleshooting and some solution planning after going through an implementation of a new org that is integrating with our other systems. I have experience with SFMC but more user management.
