Am a rep who generates a significant Percentage of overall revenue for a series C company. They’ve also add a windfall clause which is pretty subjective. Any advice?

I’ve been offered a reporting consultant job for less than 60k and I bring 9+ years of experience to the role. They should be offering more. Hello everyone! How do you manage holiday pay when the holiday is on a Saturday/ Sunday.
