Yes, LTIMindtree initially moved the hike cycle to January 2026 and then shifted it to April 2026, mainly to align with the new labour law changes. As communicated earlier, the arrears from Jan–Mar are expected to be paid along with the revised salary.
They’ve now mentioned that the revised salary breakup will be shared in April, which likely means the arrears could reflect in the April 28 payroll. Could it get deferred again? In corporate life, anything is technically possible, but the chances seem relatively low based on the current communication.
If we step back and look at the industry over 2024–2025:
• Infosys – deferred hikes
• HCL – deferred hikes
• Accenture, Wipro– skipped hikes
• Capgemini, Cognizant, – delayed hikes
• LTIMindtree – delayed but not skipped
So the situation isn’t exactly unique to one organization. Many companies across the industry have taken similar steps given the broader market conditions.
Frustration is understandable, but it also helps to look at the bigger picture. Economic slowdown, client budget cuts, and global uncertainty, war tensions have affected most IT services companies.
You don’t have to love the organization, and no one is asking for that. But if the same organization is currently paying your salary and keeping things running, a little balanced perspective wouldn’t hurt.
Constructive discussions are always useful — sharing facts, timelines, and experiences helps others understand the situation better.
Constant negativity, however, doesn’t really add much value to the conversation.

They don't give clarity.. Just said April means what it's 27 March or 27 April or May.
Hearing discussion that they are planning to defer 2024 hike and in the end the going to say it's 2025 hike and it will be given in NOV....

I agree. But what I understood is they will release the structure in apr month and in apr end we will get the hike with three month arrears.
Hike will be reflected with Arrears from Jan 1.

Can you please ovide the data of LTM from 2021 to 2026 hike how many time hikes given and how much percent roughly so it will be great.
So we can compare with other organization as well...
Or anyone else old employees can provide pls...
