M here, at Deloitte just over a year. I have been expanding my network and working on FIs. I’m coming available soon and finding it very difficult to get staffed on my next engagement. Any other experienced hires faced with the same? It’s not about being a good fit. I’m just not seeing the roles which is extremely frustrating because I know they exist.

How is the WLB in Deloitte advisory .. ? Is it manageable or really bad ? Seeing many comments in fishbowl on poor WLB..

Is there a way to identify duplicate URLs within labeled hyperlinks on multiple columns/rows/cells?

I was thinking conditional format, but it’s identifying duplicate labels. I have over 80,000 cells, so extracting URLs manually isn’t going to work for me.

Starting as an SM in S&A on the strategy side in the next few weeks. What does travel budget generally look like? I understand first class flights are a no go domestic which sucks, but hoping hotel and food budget makes up for it. Also, does Deloitte pay for platinum Amex or is that out of pocket?

About to get promoted at PwC from Associate to Senior Associate (mgmt consulting). I interviewed at Deloitte for a Consultant position, but they’re potentially giving me an offer for BA. I’d essentially be holding out on the promo until next promo cycle. Usually, I’d understand hiring at a level below for higher levels but I feel like doing a 3rd year as a junior might not be the best decision. Should I push HR for Consultant level? I haven’t gotten the official offer letter yet, just verbal.

Eyeing an open spot as a Senior Manager GPS Contracts DOD Sub-Sector Lead. What would be the anticipated compensation (base + bonus%?) for this role? I’m doing second round interviews with Deloitte but also interviewing with three other companies. If I get an offer from Deloitte, how long can I put off making a decision in order to finish the interview process with the other companies? Is this generally frowned upon?
