Have you had an adderall prescription your whole life or gotten it more recently? Debating talking to my doctor and seeing if I can get some to use occasionally but worried he would think I’m too old or wanting to use it recreationally
PwC 3, how’d you find a life coach? I feel that I’m so skeptical about how that will work. I know what I need to do, I just can’t make myself do it. Managing projects has been more and more stressful for me and consumes way too much of my time because managing time, organizing work plans, etc is the hardest thing for me. I am a perfectionist so I make up for it by working extra hours but it’s awful because I’m working at least 60 hours a week almost all the time and my utilization is only 50%. I seriously feel like I want to be demoted to associate so I can just focus on doing work and not managing projects and doing PD.

You might want to reconsider using amphetamine long term. It can fuck you up neurologically, which is a bad trade-off for a dumb public accounting job.

If anyone wants an alternative to adderall try pill stacking caffeine with l-theanine. The effect isn’t as strong but it does give you a similar effect.

I am pregnant and had to stop taking adderall... my realization & utilization have suffered terribly and I don’t enjoy the work while I’m not on it 😩 hoping I won’t have to choose between breastfeeding and adderall, but haven’t had that convo with my doctor yet. 😞

I have, I was one of those people that would be nodding off after lunch but it straight up deletes sleepiness. And its not meth so theres not that come down and youre not like dumb high youre just, awake.
