Finished interviewing for an ATS role at Microsoft Wednesday. The interviewers said they were recommending me but I haven’t gotten any feedback from the recruiter. I’m at PwC S& and in consulting I always got at least a verbal yes day of or next day after interviewing. Does anyone know how long this usually takes? Do you get a verbal first or do they wait to have a contract?
Has anyone received the bonus letters yet?
Hi all,
I have two campus EY Deloitte on the table from Deloitte Tax (BTS), and EY Tax (DSG). Both are located in the SF Bay Area. Deloitte is paying 2k higher base and a 2k higher bonus.
I have to make my decision by the end of next week, so I’d appreciate some input and opinions on which offer I should take.

Chicago and Dallas are very different sizes...
Right, but I asked for generalizations not stating these two are the same size... thanks
~85k for S1
3-5% higher
The highest salaries will be seen in areas like LA, SF, NY etc. (Chicago might actually be kinda close even though their COL is significantly lower than some of these markets). Dallas should be pretty comparable to other large cities throughout the South/Southeast regions (Atlanta, Charlotte, etc.).
If you're looking at these 2 markets in particular, then you should definitely be able to get a good salary relative to the COL (especially know that rent and other prices seem to be going down as people have been leaving cities).
