Hi Fishes, I grabbed an offer at Accenture with 12 LPA fixed for Level 9. I'm not getting a retention offer from my current company at 13.5 lpa. How do I go about a counter offer with Accenture HR? Also tell me how to approach this situation smoothly.

I don't think it's tacky, but you might not meet their minimum for # of people or $ spend
Usually a HMUA will not come to your location unless they’re doing a specific minimum number of people
My MUA had a minimum number of people and an exclusivity clause.

Who’s paying for your bridesmaids/MIL/SIL? If they’re paying, maybe offer them the option of who to choose? If you’re paying, you can choose who they have.
Are you planning to get ready together (have all make up artists and wedding members in the same room)?
Just make sure you have enough to meet the minimums. Sometimes artists might not be happy you hired a separate team, so maybe ask about their policies (or use separate hotel rooms that are next to each other?), what time they can start and finish.
Often master MUA have assistants they will bring. I had your exact setup exact it was all coordinated through one company and it worked great.
The MUAs I've found ONLY want to do the bride and won't do the bridesmaids. So I have to do this
