Hi Everyone, I am trying to apply for a Technical Support role at Dropbox I’m entering all the required fields but there seems to be an issue, when I hit submit after filling the form, it doesn’t submit and throws error ‘Looks like you left this blank! Please fill out this required field’ when all the fields are entered already (I have checked so many times, and filled the form from scratch several times too). Anyone from Dropbox who can put me in touch with HR or suggest what I should do next?

I am right there with you. Being a busy parent really does teach you how to prioritize. I think parents in a profession experience this, though.
Staying over arbitrability. You putting in extra hours when you aren’t getting anything out of it needs to go. There can be a busy time, something extreme happened, and that’s one thing, but constantly needing to is not for me. Any good ways you’ve found to separate the stress of the two? I feel like if everything is going smoothly at home, it's work that's crazy, and vice versa.

I feel like this can be a parent in any profession. You have to learn balance and prioritize what you want to spend time on.

I respect that level of clarity. When time is limited, every action has to justify itself. I have started cutting “perfect preparation” and focusing only on actions that actually move something forward.

Catch up meetings that just seem like time fillers rather than actual productive discussions. Have you also prioritised your time in this way?
