Currently working as product owner with a tier 2 Product organisation with a CTC of 33 lpa and company is quite stable and old. Just got an offer of 48 from a series B funded startup in AI, is worth taking risk ? My yoe is 10 years in Product management.

So I have two jobs I’m in the running for at the same company. Position A offered basically the same comp that I’m making now, and I’m still waiting on the results for Position B. Position A would like an answer by tomorrow AM (I was told today, I asked for more time and they said no). LinkedIn is a garbage app where I can’t even post my opinion or experience because it will go against the mainstream ideologies.
