Hi guys,
Need help,I am joining VMware Banglore on 27th June. During interview I told them I need wfh. They said it wil be wfh this entire year. Only mistake I did was i didn't permanent wfh. I took for granted like once I join i can opt for it ( as my VMware friends had said we can opt for it)
Now the offices have started, I am scared if they call me to office , I have 14months son, not willing to leave him n go for office.
So if I ask manager to give me permanent wfh will they agree ?

Let me put it this way, have you tried interviewing to get into Harvard? Now take that and multiply it.

Was triple offered at MBB.
McK was by far the hardest. Cases were outta left field. Esp the final round. BCG cases were the most straightforward, though pushed business intuition the most. First round at BCG was a breeze. Bain felt like a mix of the two, but they indexed most on fit/personality.
I think it varies by which 'interview style' you find it easier.
I find mck interviews way easier than BCG, but that is my personal opinion
It might be Bain imo? They had me do 5 rounds and some of them were kinda tough.
I didn't apply to McK, but I had 3 BCG rounds, mostly straightforward.
PwC (S&) was definitely the easiest of them.
Side shout-out to Oliver Wyman who gave me 6 interviews.
Rising Star
BCG was an order of magnitude more difficult than MB and T2s. The entire format of the chat bot case was frustrating and felt very unfair. The associate that gave me my behavioral was also unpleasant. I enjoyed my OW and Bain interviews the most.
Chief
Probably BCG or McK
Definitely not us after getting rid of a true 1R
What did the 1st R used to look like?
McK was the hardest for me. Second I’d say S&. Third BCG.
I didn’t make it past the phone case for Bain, so them
Definitely PwMG
Depend upon interviewer, intelligent people has high expectation and take tough interviews
Deloitte is hard and of course
EY
Why not😎
Had offers at all MBB
McK hardest, then Bain. BCG was v easy in comparison
