What kind of career does a position like this set you up for? It seems networking heavy, would I be able to move to google/AWS/MSFT and be a solutions architect from a position like this or even open up my own company?

Just accepted an offer with a psych startup. Not exactly the offer I was hoping for as I’m taking a slight pay cut ($73/hr) and it’s a 1099 position.
