I work for an ins. Company for 3 years as a case manager. I started at 70k, and have met goals and performed well, meeting all expectations required. I now only make around 75k. I am an experienced hire. My case might just take you by surprise. I joined EY GDS 10 months back at 40% hike (leaving PwC) and now Deloitte (DIJV) is offering me 2 level up designation at Manager level with another 40% hike. This has effectively doubled my salary in the last one year bt still I am confused to switch or not considering the amazing bonuses GDS payed off today. Please suggest.

Male 🐟, if you're asked to wear a tie - does that automatically mean full suit or can it just be a shirt and tie (no jacket). I find it a little odd to just wear a shirt and tie.

Working in disputes and valuation role but want to go into management consulting next year (post MBA role).
