Non NY- M1,MC, non-mba (have one but not recruited in through grad school), 140k, 5k bonus, rated tier 2. Salary didn't change with promotion from SA3, and bonus last year as a tier 3 was 5k.... So basically I got promoted with nothing. Nada. No difference. What's point of promotion?
I have to admit for non-pwc peeps, this thread is hugely entertaining.

Just out of curiosity - it says there is a separate table for advanced degrees. Does anyone know if that is only for TOP TEIR MBAs/JDs etc? Or do "regular MBAs," MHAs, and other advanced degrees also fall into that bucket? Always wondered.
Tier* damn it
Confirmed
Unfortunately I don't ... I can try to get some info tomorrow
I have to wait till next week to learn I am already at the top of the SA cohort. Please include your bonus info peeps.
How have the bonuses been this year for everyone ? Still waiting on my CRT discussion
Keep your bonus expectations low - even tier 1s.
Damn so tier 2 will probably be like 6% at best
Wow, I thought they said funding was at 80%, which should have meant 16% for tier 1 Senior
.
What is the raise for an EA?

Do we have numbers for A3 in NYM yet ?
@PwC1 -- NYC? Or what market? Sorry if I missed it...
Somewhere close to 160. But don't quote me on that
Alright so I can expect around a 6k bump. 😒
@PwC1 did you have work experience prior to joining? Seems like your start salary was already far above the "homegrowns" so they are catching the homegrowns who started with a low salary up with this new model
