May be a bit off-topic, but does anyone have experience hiring someone on a working holiday visa?

I'm from Europe and plan to do some traveling after getting my Master's. I think about stopping in Australia to get some international work experience. Since I already worked a few years in consulting, I would like to do something that actually fits my profession instead of e.g. farm work. Do you think that is realistic or would a working holiday visa be a red flag?
