May I know the office location for Deloitte India Pune? Is it the same for both Deloitte USI & India or it is different for both? I see many comments/posts about Kharadi location but in Deloitte India it is showing as Senapati Bapat road and there is no address shown in Deloitte USI website.

P.S. I will soon join Deloitte India.

Hello. Just curious on what's the salary ceiling for a manager position at Deloitte? Received a verbal offer and waiting on written offer. I was told by a recruiter that M at Deloitte doesn't make more than 180. Just curious if that's actually true and if anyone had experience negotiating higher salary than 180.

General question: Is there any room in corporate America for real, actionable DE&I discussions and initiatives? I've observed so many corporate versions become an advertising strategy (SM posts, diversity reports) without doing the actual work (increasing representation in senior leadership, salary analyses, having an effective reporting system for bias). Our annual reviews are approaching & one of my direct reports has been with us for almost six years w/ little growth. In the interviews they precisely mentioned the role is for "SAP Solutions Architect" and not a normal SAP development role.
