Bain & Company I’m currently prepping for Bain & Company and McKinsey & Company interviews scheduled in the next 2 months. For those that interviewed with both, how would you suggest I tailor my preparation for each one? I understand McKinsey is interviewer led while Bain is the opposite. But other than that, is there anything else I should work on separately for each one?

Don't overthink it, read the book and share your experience strength and hope. Note that I didn't say opinion or advice.
If something comes up where you aren't sure what to say, call your sponsor.
My old sponsor said if someone asks you to sponsor them you first go to your HP about it and then proceed to say yes (assuming HP agrees). She said if someone is crazy enough to ask they get a “yes”.
It sounds like you will be a great sponsor. You are ready after working the steps and having a sponsor yourself.
We can’t keep the program to ourselves while others are suffering. You are sharing the message and helping them through their own work. You are not responsible for the outcome. When Bill began to share the message, he was frustrated that no one was staying sober. However, by sharing the message, one person was staying sober - Bill.
The newcomers are saving our lives. Embrace this, it’s exciting!
Thank you. In this case I was actually suggested to the person by people in the program who know me from meetings. So it feels good that they felt I was capable, and that they actually went out of their way to think of me and give me the opportunity to do service for others as well. I prayed to God the other night about this and another outreach I got from someone else in the program about a newcomer and it is clear to me that these opportunities are something I should meet head on and put myself out there for alcoholics in need.
It really is Step 12. There’s a reason I’m being challenging this way now, and I’m all about rising to the occasion.
Absolutely. We seek those that have what we want. Sounds like you have that and others are taking notice. They would not be considering you if you weren’t showing up, doing the work and sharing in meetings. You are ready, bravely forward!
