Always yes. It shows you're familiar with what e market is offer and that you're serious in leaving your current employer. It also can push them to make a decision quicker if they like you.

Yes. It goes along with how you express what you're looking for. If your desire is to find something where you can be more creative, or to have greater leadership opportunity, etc. etc... the place you're interviewing is just one, not the only answer. If you say no, they'll probably think you're just lying to suck up.

Any books/self help materials for someone who is constantly worrying (and waste a lot of unnecessary time)? E.g. No matter if i pass or fail an interview, there is always something to worry about. If you are not a partner, do any of the Big 4 have a mandatory retirement age? I have a friend who is working in industry and has been approached by a few firms as he has a very desirable technical skill set. He is in his 50's and doesn't want to make a move unless there is some runway to keep working. He basically could work as long as he wants where he is at. The pay increase would be significant for him to jump to but if he is mandatorily forced out in a few years it might not be worth it.
