All companies are giving offers around 18-20(Fixed +Variable).
YOE - 3.4 years

When you pay the firm back you should ask them for a w2 that includes that amount. So that year you will pay less taxes so essentially you get the taxes paid back.

For us (IBM) even though the program is 2 years, the payback period is 1 yesr
