For reference I made 32k when I graduated a little over 10 years ago and I work in “tech” now.
You’re doing fine just stay employed and gain a couple YOE before you begin to freak out.
Booz is much more tech than Deloitte could ever imagine

Stay 2-3 years in your current role and then jump ship for $150+
2 years - start eyeing exits now if you’re already beyond the 1 year mark. If your firm has lock step promotions though I’d wait for the promo if it’s likely

I think you should focus more on the skills you are developing from your current employer. $110k is on par with your yeo. How does your current role position you for the next 5 or 10 years? Also consider having a discussion with your manager about raise and growth if you feel less valued compared tour colleagues or the work you are doing. I have friends who makes more than me but are doing useless work (imo)
Focus on developing yourself, young king/queen. Eyes on you and your lane. Develop and master in demand hard skills. Learn your market and industry. Learn how talk to communicate effectively. Take care of your body, mind, and soul. Be good to those worthy of your inner circle. Set boundaries. Treasure will come to you.
