Thoughts on Huge ATL?
One of my favorite podcasts did an episode on Adderall. Most of the info won’t be new, but there were some interesting snippets in there. I also thought it was a useful educational resource to share with your family and friends.

I lived in the northern part of Edgewater for 3.5 years and absolutely loved it. 10 min walk to midtown, Wynwood. 15 min walk downtown. It feels a little more residential and quiet when you’re off Biscayne Blvd. Since you’re so close to the bay many apartments have awesome water views.

Mind sharing what building?
The hard part about living on Miami Beach is driving to get anywhere else that is NOT Miami Beach. Also when it rains the neighborhoods on Miami Beach always flood the worse than the neighborhoods on the mainland. Edgewater is nice and gets my vote. If you can afford Coconut Grove I would go there. More centrally located you can be downtown/Brickell or go down to Miracle Mile.
I would avoid condo buildings at the moment as a lot of them are going through special assessments and residents are having to pay that on top of HOAs and any fees paid at the beginning of the year. Go with a townhouse!
I love the area my condo is in- Upper East Side, just north of the Miami Design District. It’s away from much of the crazy traffic and “noise.” But close enough to Midtown, Wynwood, Miami Beach etc. 1/2 block from Biscayne and the bay. Lots of great dining options within walking distance too. Only thing is I had to move for personal reasons. Renting out the condo though. It’s a fully furnished 1/1 http://bit.ly/MiamiRental544
