Lead as you would like to be led.

Own your mistakes and be open to learning.

You have a magic window of being new to the company for the first six months so I would use it to your advantage while you get comfortable.

You don’t have to know everything, but also remember that you were hired for a reason and have valuable knowledge and experience. When in doubt:
- ask questions
- trust your gut

Good luck and great things

One of the biggest changes from Sr. Manger to Director is taking a bigger ownership role in planning and results. You will be expected to understand how todays actions impact not only the current quarter, but also next year and potentially beyond.

You will need to be decisive, able to make important decisions without floating everything up the line. You will have to learn when to say yes or no quickly to tactical decisions, and when to take your time to consider the impact of a big decision.

You will be expected to lead by example and be proactive. You are the link between senior leadership and tactical employees, so knowing how to translate up and down is critical to earning the trust of both sides.

In terms of skills to work on, communication (written and verbal) is critical. Can you look at a large scale campaign being driven by a team of several people, and communicate what’s happening and why it matters in 1-2 sentences? (Example: “Competitor A is eating our lunch the past 12 months. This new campaign will sow seeds of doubt about their “differentiators” and value prop, helping our sales team improve win rate and shorten sales cycles by Q1 of next year.”)

None of this is easy and it won’t happen overnight. Be patient, accomplish milestones one at a time that work towards the bigger goals, and most importantly, be consistent in what you say and do each day.

Good luck and congrats!

Hello there! I'm currently getting specialized into AI/ML and want to get into the finance/Fintech sector. Is a MSc worth it for the task - an online course would do?

Also, I'm new to the platform and based on what I read, most of the users are from the USA, is there no European influence here??

Thanks!

Any women have extremely hyper sexual significant others? My SO is sex 2-3 times a day, when we are apart a lot of video and pictures, tons of sexting, and he is now asking for public sex. We have been together a while and I have a high sex drive, too, but sometimes I just can’t (work, period, etc). Does this drive keep getting more intense or is this more of a phase?

I’m definitely not the only one with sentiment for this statement: 2020 was a year of loss. Our design team was reduced by 75%; when I signed on there were 20 designers and now there are 3! Additional Posts in B2B Marketing

Hey guys, I've been a specialist at a performance Marketing agency for about 7 months and I want to make a switch to brand side roles in growth marketing, or demand generation. I have around 3 years of marketing experience. Can someone refer me for a company in Toronto, thank you!

Hi there! 👋 I am looking for work...

I have 6 years of Marketing experience to offer and have a passion for building and promoting brands via B2B & B2C marketing campaigns. I have owned email campaigns, social media channels, short and long-form content creation (blogs, landing pages, newsletters, white papers, webinars) and content strategy at startups and mid-market companies.

I’m currently based in the SF Bay Area. Does anyone have marketing positions available in their company? Thank you!
