The profile is Structural Analysis Engineer (FEA, CAE, Mech/Aerospace field). Which Org is good considering work, culture, learning/ exposure, WLB, salary hikes, and growth opportunities?

My company went toxic in the last couple months. Chose me and started interviewing. Had a very successful interview with Amazon but recruiter is working hard trying to place me and said there’s no knowing how long to find a team. Meanwhile I just received a Director offer for a company with a 29% pay bump July 1. If Amazon or any other FAANG/large co gets back to me, is there an acceptable way to not burn bridges with new job and accept or delay start date with FAANG? Or fuck it just hop?

Wondering to get some advice on how hard it would be or get an understanding of the market to get back into private accounting/advisory or financial analyst after stepping away for 2.5 years. I was in public accounting for almost 5 years prior and stepped away as a supervising senior in audit for a mid tier firm. Would love to get a chance to connect/network with some people.

So, I landed a Customer Service Advisor job at Sitel in the UK. But I heard that they fire you without any prior notice or end their campaigns abruptly, leaving us with no job. Can’t be facing the risk of no livelihood, right? Can anyone who worked with Sitel give me the real truth? And does Sitel sponsor Tier 2 Visas as such? A colleague told me today that Google separates Product Manager and Product Owner as two separate roles. I believe that one PM role is preferred in the industry and most modern software companies, especially FAANG companies, only have PMs. Just curious what others have experienced and if I'm correct in my assumption.
