I have got the ey hr mail stating i should provide him with aadhar card, information sheet and latest resume for a audit and assurance contract for 6 months as iam a semi qualified CA.

Here my question is should i take this opportunity. Cause since this is only for 6 months. After that, what i can do, where should I try to get the job?

In mid size firms, people won't pay as much as big 4 pays.

Should I take it or am I making a mistake by taking this.

Pros - wlb, career growth potential
Cons - offer seems a bit low given unvested at current company - worth it to even negotiate?

Hi sharks, I am currently working in automation testing role with skill set robot framework + python. I learnt selenium + java out of interest. Over all experience is 5 years. I am not getting interest in testing now. Wanted to switch career as data professional, data engineer to be precise (after doing some basic study). Is it wrong that I’m just not into PE/VC? It seems to be the most desirable exit for most people that I work with.
