Originally from Houston, but don't know much about Austin, especially real estate and where the good areas are. Where would you live in close proximity to campus (walking distance)? Don't want a run down condo but we also don't need something extremely fancy. Any ideas or suggestions on buildings to look into? 1bed 1bath, looking to stay under 2500
