Sounds like you have zero offers right now. I’d wait until you actually get one officially. Then when the other asks what the offer is, lie and say it’s $5-10k more than what it really is. Get the most money you can for the best opportunity. Good luck.
Asking now to have a game plan 😅 talking to the recruiter really stressed me out (she was asking for a number I’d say yes to and not tell the other companies for a chance to counter) Im trying to figure out how I can get my favorite role to pay me the most
wait to get at least two written offers. use one of the offers you don’t want to leverage a higher salary on the one you DO want. say - i received an offer from another agency. state the salary (presumably it’s the same or higher as the one on the table, otherwise you don’t really have any leverage). and then you can say - if you can bring me up $5k/$10k/$X more to match/beat the other offer, i’d be thrilled to join your team. but only use this kind of language if you’ll actually sign should they come back and meet your demands. in general, you should only negotiate with the company you’re actually likely to sign with, otherwise it’s poor sportsmanship.
Mom??
Happened to me! I got three offers at once. The first two offers I was torn between because there were cons to each choice. But the third offer came at the very last second (also expedited because they knew I had the other two) and had everything I wanted. I was able to use the first two offers as negotiation to not only get the job I wanted but also a way higher salary than expected. So all depends on which comes first and which you’re actually serious about.

Are all three through the same recruiter?
Nope! One was through an internal recruiter, one through a recruiting firm, and one was a job I applied to online
FYI most likely the recruiting firm would have the least leeway to flex beyond the initial offer vs. in house.
UPDATE: Received two offers today!
1) $63k: unlimited PTO - Dentsu Agency
2) $67,500: 15 paid vacation days, small healthcare agency, people were great, but health benefits are subpar IMO
3) Still waiting on a final word from the agency with the external recruiting firm, but after discussing with mentor they’re my least interest as of now
Assuming you can’t negotiate health benefits (can you??) how should I proceed? Money is helpful but I have preexisting conditions I want to make sure are covered
*experience not experiments 🙃
