My background verification process was flagged due to me not mentioning a brief employment period with a fellowship program. It had not been mentioned because the fellowship program was before my postgraduate studies and was not relevant to my current role. Additionally, I worked at my previous organization for eight years and was not required to produce employment proof for the fellowship program.
Will the above justification be enough to pass the background verification process?
