My calendar is wide open this month, which should feel great, but it also makes me paranoid that I’m missing something. I’m blocking prospecting time like my life depends on it and trying not to fill the space with busywork. It’s amazing how fast “flexibility” turns into random internal meetings. How are you protecting selling time in January?

I can't even tell you how many times I have looked at a blank calendar and felt like I was forgetting something. I have been blocking my time as well. I learned a long time ago if I don't block my time then it gets eaten up fast.

Interviewed for a GS-15 (same agency but different office) and totally aced the interview with excellent answers. They know I’m a top performer with senior references. However I noticed there was an internal candidate who has been there for few years and interviewed that’s a veteran. I feel my chances just sank and want to gauge thoughts.

I'm interviewing for the first time in awhile and am entering into a final round with a company who wants me to sign an NDA prior to the interview. I was interviewed for a major tech player in the hospitality industry, had 2 interviews which for the first one the recruiter was late, and didn't confirm the interview while I emaild her to make sure I do have an interview. When she attended she said that there was no point of responding my email as we are meeting anyway. Later on I had 2nd interview with the hiring manager. After 45 minutes she said they will let me know...
