I had interviewed for an internship position at EY for technology consultant program for summer 2022 and got a call where they extended an offer. I wanted to know if I can defer the internship offer to fall 2022 or a later start date after summer.
I apologize as I cannot reply to a comment or DM on this platform to anyone, but thanks for your answers in advance.

Black women made the career switch from corporate America to entrepreneurship during Covid-19. While it appears entrepreneurship was deemed a necessity, Black women were the largest group of new business owners closely followed by Latina women. These businesses have high growth potential but why is access to finding still a barrier?

Bring it up. I noticed pay bands have been adjusted, and I was wondering when we would see that internally reflected? Then you get to the answer as to what you should expect.
If you know for a fact that your company has adjusted its pay bands you might as well question why it doesn't apply to your position. It's conceivable that your pay would be adjusted at your next evaluation, so you might wait until then if you don't want to rock the boat right now.
Do one better, conduct your own research. You might find that the new banding is still low. Present your findings and get that raise! No one is going to give you money if they don't have to. Should help to get you noticed too.
Don't ignore it. When I was starting out, I sat for four years with the same salary (not even going into how much more I took on over time). Then I realized I was being taken advantage of. Sounds like that's exactly what's happening to you. If you've been performing well, absolutely be bold and ask for an annual increase or review for one. That's something that should be happening, anyway. Carry that practice with you for the rest of your career.
I would also consider quietly poking around for comparable jobs at other companies (one way is to search for recruiters at specific companies on linked in. Let them know you're looking on the downlow so they're discrete) . The market value of your role may have increased and you may find you're "worth" more at another company willing to compensate you accordingly. Again, that's what happened to me.
