My current CTC in my hometown is 14LPA as lead UX designer with 7 years of experience(4 years freelance + 3.5 as lead designer) I am getting another opportunity in Mumbai for 20LPA. Should i take it or keep looking for other opportunities?

Is M. Design from IIT-IDC Bombay really worth it?

I am working for 1.5 years in a Hyderabad startup as UI/UX Designer. After Btech I did a certification in UI/UX and got job from the institute placement only. Will a master's from IIT-IDC Bombay will be worth or should I climb the regular conventional ladder by jumping from company to company for package hikes?
