My experience is 4.5 yrs with 5.8lpa fixed and night shift allowance of 1.4lpa totaling to 7.5 CTC and got an offer from Deloitte consulting -efa role for 7.8 fixed and 80k variable...should I consider this offer as they clearly mentioned allowance will not be considered?

Went on a bachelorette trip where the maid of honor was very anal, she made us do bi-monthly check ins with slides/agenda/itinerary since last year. I was interviewed for a company and everything went well. When asked about my expectations, I gave them a number.
After that they did not call me back and when I reached them. They are saying they have concerns over salary and currently checking on other candidates. They said its not rejected but they will get back.

What should I do ?

1st Job - 90k…. Is this a good salary? Late to the game at 34. Don’t even know anything about personal finance. Jr. Associate at an AmLaw 100 firm in Central Florida. Good credentials; top 10% at T14, law review. Sick of private practice bc of hours and pressure. Also, not enjoying the work that Central Florida offers, but want to live here.

I want to one day have my own firm. Trying to think outside the box on how to get the experience w/o being in big law for ten years.

Thinking of applying to be an ASA and to the FL AGO. Would like trial experience or civil rights/con law work.

Infosys permanent wfh (Infosys doesn't have office in Gujarat)
Infostrech (Apexon) 1year wfh then hybrid (office is there in my hometown)

Which should I go with?

I regret choosing Deloitte India over USI, salary is same but i liked the clarity of my leadership team, which is still the same they are awesome, but USI people are getting many benefits, on time Hikes and appraisals, but i don't get all of those, which is kinda depressing.
