Sureprep is 100% better then cch auto flow. Just the time savings with eash sales alone is worth it.

We had good experience with dedicated staff assigned
To our firm. I would try with moderate complexity returns only before I went full speed ahead with very large returns. Their work paper organization makes review easier.
My old firm, some offices used Sureprep but our office used Autoflow. We preferred Autoflow because it’s a CCH product so it seemed to work better with CCH. The firm I’m at now uses Sureprep for very large, complex clients and I only review so not sure how it flows to CCH.
It can add value if utilized correctly. It has its pros and cons, like any software. - it is great for larger, more complex 1040s with a lot of k-1s, including those needing 11i reclass. It will completely eliminate the job of a scanner. No more manual data entry.
There are some good threads on the value question on Reddit. I think they will be slower to adopt AI than some newer competitors but faster than CCH.
