Does anyone have any insights on what a typical Sr. Associate Director makes at Boehringer Ingelheim? I have a range of 170-180k which I think is fair but don’t want to be underpaid. Also, any information regarding retirement planning or medical/dental benefits would be helpful. Haven’t gotten much out of HR. Thanks in advance!

Took the first job I was offered. I should've been more patient and more aggressive with networking.
Realize as a student I should have thought and reflected a bit more. Hindsight is 20/20
Mine was agreeing to “we’ll review your pay in 6 months” without getting it in writing. Six months came and went, and the review never happened. I learned the hard way that verbal promises can disappear fast. Now I make sure every detail, especially pay, is clear and in the offer letter. It saves a lot of frustration and keeps expectations on both sides honest.
100000% everything must be in writing. One manager I ad said we’ll keep reviewing, we’ll keep reviewing. Then I got another job lol
I made a lot of decisions based on fear of failure and fear of missing out. I also didn't think I was competent or capable, so I let other people treat me as if I wasn't. Thankfully I've grown a lot, but I spent a lot of time in that headspace.
HRM1, what helped you shift that perspective?
