How is that legal
it really shouldn't be but this is unfortunately the reality we live in these days
I really believe the interview process is so convoluted that people will agree to anything at the end. They are working on the sunk cost fallacy. Absolutely crazy to proceed while being that far off and not sharing until the very end their limit.
I can’t think of any other reason for it. Costs the company money and time to do all that, so it has to be for some benefit on their side.
150k$ is always on the table for the right (Hi Aunt Cindy!) people.
I wish it was in jest. There was also a 'Hi Dad' that even through I still like the people involved a lot more than most, probably shouldn't have happened.
