After 4 interviews, 2 stakeholder panels, 1 personality assessment, 1 take-home assignment that rivals a graduate thesis, the recruiter reveals the budget is actually $105K.
If the real range is $95k–$105k, then post that. If $150k is reserved for a mythical creature with 12 certifications, post that too. Job seekers deserve transparency. Thoughts?
