My friend got an offer from a company, but his organization was not relieving him, so he was having conversation with HR through messages and emails, and he mistakenly messaged the HR of the company he got selected, that he will not be able to continue, and based on his message , HR cancelled his offer , he was unaware of that, as there was no message from HR that his offer letter is cancelled. Now he is jobless. He is following up with company that it was by mistake, but to no use. what to do?

3 Things to keep in mind which changing jobs:
1. Always ask dedicated budget for the job before you tell your expectations.

2. Always have atleast 2 weeks of gap before you join any company. You might not understand significance of that but just have a gap.

3. Always talk to people of team you will be joining before you accept offer or atleast before you join company.
