Has anyone found a way to automate salary certifications?

We get about 3-5 requests daily to fill out salary certifications for our employees in EMEA.

At the moment, we have to do all of them manually. We open a pdf, then open their employee file and plug away. It's tedious and time-consuming, but the banks I found won't accept an internal salary certification for some reason. They're adamant about using their form. Has anyone come across this?

I’m a scheduler in a major hospital, see my position in other departments being advertised as remote available. How can I successfully negotiate WFH? I’d like to cut down on my 44-mile one way commute.

Background: I’ve been in my position for 1 yr. I have 20 yrs military experience, bachelors in Business. I took an entry level $15/hour job to get my foot in the door. I’m actively looking for a promotion. But 44 miles plus gas & business casual clothing on $15/hour is killing me.

How important is the IR section of the GMAT? I keep getting a 5 (out of 8 and it’s about 50th percentile) and although it’s not part of the 800 score, do schools care? I don’t really practice for this section and take it on the fly in practice tests…

For context, first generation Italian American. 3.92 gpa from highly respected small private college. Double major in Finance and Applied Math with minor in info system. Decent community service. White male will be 26 when I start. Applying round 1 this year. 740 gmat.

Submitted cbs with ea score. Jheez. Yet to take the gmat for the other schools 😭
