My H1B is stamped till 2025 April. I will be travelling in January. From US if I apply for extension and then travel to India after April 2025 I cannot enter back with my extended petition right? As my visa will be stamped till April 2025. In that case is it possible to schedule visa stamping from US and then travel back, do the stamping and then return back? Also what is the appointment wait time going on now for the Kolkata US consulate? Any help will be appreciated.
