my joining date with Capgemini is on 13th May and My LWD in current company is 9th June. Will Capgemini extend the joining date and after how many days after receiving the offer letter should i send mail to HR to change the joining date and what should be the ideal reason?

I have been at my company for 3.5 years. One year ago (2.5 years into my employment with them) they re-leveled everyone and I was bumped to an entry level position on the terms that they changed my job title when they re-leveled, so “technically” I am at the early stages of my new title. Even though the job duties did not really change.
I’m not sure the best way to approach this. Has anyone else had a similar experience or know how I should advocate for myself?
