What is the best way to structure a discovery call for SaaS sales? e.g. share a deck, only focus on their use case (current state, goals, pain, etc.), share a story, etc. Lastly, how do you go further than surface level, like if they mention they are having issues with xyz, which is usually a symptom of the problem and not the problem itself. Any info would be appreciated, thanks.

Unreliable coworker help - There’s a coordinator on my team who assists me and the other strategists but literally every time I ask her to help with something she says yes & then waits until the last minute to tell me she wasn’t able to do it/makes up an emergency excuse. Trying to be understanding but this is getting ridiculous- she/parents/dog/boyfriend are sick (8x), forgot about another urgent project (10x), WiFi is down or power is out RIGHT when I ask for help (5x).

Is it bad to leave a job in less than a year? I’m at an agency with nice people, supportive, care about growth, etc But I feel that I’m not making book worthy pieces because our clients are so stale and don’t want to do anything fun. Or kill everything right before production. I feel like I’m wasting away.
