My LWD at CTS is 30 june, But the offer I have HR is asking to join in the first week of June, how to negotiate the notice period, i am on a billable project. Any idea folks?

Joining CTS with 19Lpa as SA, will my manager or co workers know my CTC?
If a team has 2 SA, 1 with 8Lpa another with 19Lpa same work experience but lateral entry,
Will the work load varies? Do they assign work according to the CTC???
