My manager asked me to figure out ways to leverage influencer marketing to help with client acquisition. I find it so challenging because I can't find any examples on the internet of how people have done it before! Are people on the bowl able to share either insights or examples you've come across of wealth mgmt firms using influencers?

I am seeing too many post about awards like rising star, Kudos, etc. People keep telling there managers recommended them for these awards.
My manager doesn't interact much with us. I consider myself as some one who has worked hard for project and other intiatives. Should I ask my manager to consider me and if yes how should I initiate it.

A friend of mine works with TCS as an Analyst, his base location is Bengaluru but he is been working from his hometown in Lucknow since the first COVID lockdown. Now he is being asked by his team to work from Ahmedabad, where his direct supervisor (manager) is working from. In this case, according to TCS talent policies, what is the procedure and the benefits that he can avail, as part of project initiated relocation? Also, how long it takes to get base location changed through HR in TCS?

Anyone here have experience on the client side? Pros? Cons? I would like to move to a place where I can dive deep into one brand instead of half a dozen at the same time. Would be nice to understand what a work/life balance feels like as well.

I did and it's killing me because now I'm working till 2 am, but its not showing on paper. I o ly show 8 or 9 hours. But, I would rather not get yelled at from the client or director for going over budget. The budget is super tight, like 1.5 hours per workpaper and my associate already uses all of it. So nothing is left for review. Why do partners do this to us?

Applying for promotion to Digital Design Lead. 15 YoE, currently making about 82k + profit share. 3rd in seniority and department is currently restructuring. Based on some other internal salary ranges, planning to to ask for 106k, about a 30% jump. How does this look?
