My previous company offered a generous "Learning and Development" budget to pay for certifications, which sounds great. The catch? They rarely authorized the time to actually study. I have been giving a few interviews lately and every Company is asking me to confirm if i can get my NP reduced from 90 Days to 45 or 60 Days. I'm still under probation but assigned to a Project already. Should I ask my Account Manager and HR about it or its unethical to do so.
