My profile is shared by Infosys to its 3rd party vendor who is offering me direct offer letter. Stating that they will convert me to Infosys payroll in next 3 months.
Is this a common technique used in Infosys.
Because earlier I received call from Infosys that I am selected and my they will take time to rollout the offer letter. But now I am contacted by 3rd party vendor.
Not sure what to do.
Can you help me with the life of a 3rd party employe in Infosys....
