One of the best things I ever did was invest in a high-quality carry-on bag and packing cubes. I keep it half-packed at all times with a backup set of essentials, like chargers, toiletries, etc. That way, if a trip pops up last-minute, I’m not scrambling, and it gives me a huge sense of control.
Try to keep whatever home routines you have somewhat intact while you are traveling. Eat well! I actually gained quite a bit of weight when I was traveling a lot. Too much quick grab and go and not really thinking about it, also didn’t make me feel great either, just had to find a balance.
It all comes down to organization. When I was on the road a lot I obsessively made lists and jotted things down. Get your travel essentials figured out, personal items and tech essentials, and always have them more or less ready to pack up and go. And try to have your personal or social life organized to the point where traveling isn't going to be too disruptive. That is much easier said than done, but you can usually do some things to make things easier on yourself and those you care about.
Honestly traveling can be very difficult because its hard to have routine when you are traveling so much. I just had to learn how to adapt my routine and stay organized so I didn't start to feel overstimulated and stressed. It gets easier the more you do it honestly.
