OP, the centralized system reflects your previous employer, so your current firm will know about your 2 previous experience. Have you not mentioned in BGV list about work ex?. If no, than their is no issue.
Correct, Mindtree’s background verification will check and validate the same via EPFO for last 5 years and this is applicable for most of the MNCs(last 3 to 5 years of BGV). So the workaround here is to stick to a company for around 5 years and clean your record, hope this helps.
You can share your UAN and only explain them if they ask, mostly they won’t ask! But be ready with some explanation like those jobs were not relevant to your tech stack , you had to take those for some other financial situation and stuff like that! It is more in how you represent yourself with the recruiter

No they don’t. And once you join, the Finance team will need have access to your UAN. They hardly ever check for any background details in that. Finance won’t have access to the details you provided to the HR.
Ok. That’s new to me — good to know. In that case brother leave it on your luck. Most background verifications don’t check UAN. Employees are asked to provide UAN details only after joining the firm. So chances are high that you would be fine.
This is not true. Companies prior to covid were not even checking or bothered about the UAN history of the employee, but employees itself made them to check UAN history after covid. This is because of the moonlighting/dual employment during covid period. Employees taking complete advantage of remote work. So now most the the companies even mid level MNC like accolite, coforge are also checking the UAN HISTORY and in short this is the future of the standard BGV process
