1) Speak in front of a mirror
2) Record yourself giving speeches and playback to observe where can you improve.
3) Sing along with songs loudly.
4) Work on your sentence formation.
5) Start thinking in english(assuming thats what you professionally use)

Take a moment to sit silently, look inside yourself and ask yourself honestly what is it about that situation that is causing your voice to shake? What is it that you feel in this scenario? Don't avoid the answer you get..don't judge yourself. Know the root cause and you can consciously work on it from there.
Some examples: it may be a subconscious fear of getting judged (again ask yourself why..does it has anything to do with a similar situation in the past where your experience was not positive?), or a feeling of discomfort while stating your opinion out loud (while others listen attentively to you), or fear of saying something wrong ? or simply, not feeling confident in a particular language...once you have understood what is it that you are "feeling" when your voice shakes ..you ll know automatically what to do to fix it. :)
