Remember one thing - If some companies are laying off employees then it's equally a good chance for the other companies to get talented resource . Here things will remain balanced mostly and there's no need to fear . Not all companies do layoff at the same time. You may end up getting a 100% hike too. Just believe in yourself and focus on your skillset, time to brush up and pull up your socks. Stay safe , stay positive !

Hi folks.. Want to take a month gap from IT. Putting down paper and having 3 month notice but I am getting a release in 2 months. How can I tell recruiters the same since they would ask for resignation mail and they can find out my actual release date ? Is taking a break would create a negative impact on my career or resume ?

During HR round in Accenture, we have agreed on 8.1 LPA as fixed but after document upload I got a call from different HR and he is offering less package than before around 6.78 LPA but after some discussion I have to agree on 7.5 LPA.
