My wife is a home maker and she is an ME grad. I tried referring her to IBM for multiple times for different job roles but always the status in the referral portal shows that "Candidate Under Review". Is there any way to reach people regarding the referral status?

Just curious. Why are the ME offices always hiring? Is it because people are leaving all the time versus other regions? Or just that the business grows crazily all the time?

I think one of the candidates I put forward is a pathological liar and lied about his background. Should I just let him fail during his technical interview portion or should I bring it to the attention of the hiring manager?
