Besides the obvious 49ers backfield risk, Mitchell isn’t used as a pass catcher which is a killer in full point. Corey Davis is the obvious answer but he’s gonna lose some targets to Cole and Crowder who are likely back this week. I think I’d go Waddle, highest target share (23% compared to Davis’ 19%) and they’re gonna be forced to air it out playing from behind against a top tier run D
Davis, Shenault or Kirk
Id personally roll with gaskin or davis. True belichick against rookies is bad, but he is easily their 1 wr so there should be targets. Gaskin will get the lionshare of the work but game script could be an issue. Shenault is intriguing but there is a real potential the jags are actually that bad
I'd go Gaskin. Highest floor of anyone so I'd like the safe play especially trying to not be 0-2
Gaskins all the way. C Davis any other week, but not against NE
Hasta Lavishka, baby.
That would be a brilliant team name!
1 point PPR
Davis or Shenault imo. Agree that Mitchell is high risk
I'd go with Waddle, fuller is out again and he had solid chemistry with Tua.
If not Mitchell I’d go with fournette. Favorable matchup and if falcons D is anything like last week could get a lot of touches with a positive game script. Most of your other guys have some tough matchups this week
Fournette out carried him by a lot week 1
Shenault, Davis would be good but that's going to be a tough matchup plus most likely a low scoring affair. Kirk could also be a good pick, lots of points to be scored in that game
Go Fournette. They’ll be up 14 at the half and run the entire second half. Even with Rojo taking carries Fournette should get 20 touches
Appreciate everyone’s input. I feel worse than before asking Hahaha.
The Waddle crew convinced me so rolling with Waddle.
Good luck to you all.
